Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

2. Credits, plans, and billing

The Service runs on a credit system. Generations consume credits based on the model and output. Paid plans grant a monthly credit allotment and feature access; credit packs can be purchased separately. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Prices and plan inclusions may change with notice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• create content that is illegal, infringing, or violates others’ rights;
• generate sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery;
• impersonate others or create deceptive deepfakes intended to harm or defraud;
• produce harassing, hateful, or violent content targeting individuals or groups;
• attempt to bypass usage limits, security, or rate limiting, or abuse the API.

4. Your content and license tiers

You retain ownership of content you create, subject to your plan’s license. Personal plans grant a personal-use license; higher tiers include a commercial license as described on the pricing page. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any inputs you upload (including images of people and branded material).

5. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Muses and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy or resell the Service itself.

6. Third-party models

Generations are produced using third-party AI models. Output quality, availability, and characteristics depend on those providers and may change. The Service is provided on an as-available basis and individual models may be added, changed, or removed.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muses will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
