1. Information we collect

We collect the information needed to operate the Service:

• Account information — your email address and profile details, managed through our authentication provider.
• Content you provide — prompts, uploaded images, audio, video, and other inputs you submit for generation, plus the outputs we generate for you.
• Billing information — subscription and payment records. Card details are processed by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
• Usage data — credits consumed, features used, and basic technical logs (request identifiers, timestamps, error traces) used to run and secure the Service.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

• provide, maintain, and improve the Service and its generation features;
• process your prompts and inputs through third-party AI model providers;
• manage your account, credits, subscriptions, and billing;
• prevent abuse, enforce limits, and keep the Service secure;
• communicate with you about your account and important changes.

3. AI model providers and sub-processors

To generate images, video, and audio, your inputs are sent to third-party model providers (for example, providers powering image, video, lipsync, and voice features). These providers process the inputs solely to return a result. We also rely on infrastructure sub-processors for database, storage, queueing, and payments. We share only what is necessary for these services to function.

4. Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create with the Service, subject to the Terms of Service and the license tier of your plan. Generated content may be stored so it appears in your library and history. If you enable publishing or community features, content you choose to share may be visible to other users.

5. Data retention

We retain account, content, and usage records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can delete generated content from your library; deleting your account removes associated data subject to lawful retention requirements.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures — including access controls, encryption in transit, and row-level data isolation — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise many of these directly in your account settings, or by contacting us.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
